Ararat, Stawell and Horsham. We can visit you where you live in the Grampians, Pyrenees, Wimmera regions.

For participants beyond those regions, we can discuss your needs via the phone or video link up.

The Support Coordination service is paid for from your NDIS plan at the rate in the current NDIS Price Guide.

Available to approved NDIS Participants.
