In Home Assistance

Call GCH and ask to speak with a member of the Community and In Home Assistance team.

Supporting people living in the Grampians, Pyrenees and Wimmera.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or by arrangement

Fees may apply. Full cost fees apply to clients not eligible for Commonwealth and State funding.

If you have:

• an NDIS plan or
• are approved for the Home and Community Care Programs for Younger People or
• have been approved for in home support through My Aged Care

Commonwealth-funded programs (i.e. Home Care Package or Community Services) you may be eligible for this service.

Private paying clients are also welcome.
