NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach

The Psychosocial Recovery Coach supports NDIS participants with a Psychosocial disability to develop a recovery plan aimed at increasing their independence and overall wellbeing.

Where appropriate and with consent, the Recovery Coach will consult with the participant’s family, carer and other service providers in the development of the plan.

The Recovery Coach will work collaboratively with the participant to:

implement the recovery plan
understand their strengths
maintain their motivation and engagement
understand their NDIS supports

The Psychosocial Recovery Coach service is paid for from your NDIS plan as per the current rate in the NDIS Price Guide.
