GCH and Stawell Secondary College Celebrate NAIDOC Week
Grampians Community Health have been proud to partner with Stawell Secondary College and their Marrung Mob students to work on an NAIDOC Week themed t shirt. The shirts and their design, which was created with the assistance of Goolum Goolum Aboriginal Co-Operative member and award winning artist Tanisha Lovett, were officially unveiled today here at GCH in Stawell. Well done to everyone involved, the shirts look great and the presentation by the students was excellent.
To hear more about the shirt, the design and process and more from some of the Marrung Mob students listen to the current episode of the ‘Community Is Our Middle Name’ podcast where students Jalaa and Kelanee as well as SSC staff member Catherine discuss how the project came together.
