Healthy Ageing Hubs

Healthy Ageing Hubs provide older people with access to information, services and programs for living well and remaining socially connected.

GCH operates two mobile hubs across the Horsham, Hindmarsh, West Wimmera and Yarriambiack regions.

People aged 50+ or 45+ for First Nations people have access to free, confidential health checks with a community paramedic.

These checks can help prevent big health problems and support your overall wellbeing.

Checks include:

• Blood pressure (heart health)
• Heart rate
• Breathing and chest check
• Oxygen level (finger check)
• Blood sugar (finger‑prick check)
• Heart rhythm check (ECG)
• Temperature
• Body measurements (height, weight and waist)
