CP@Clinic

Community Paramedics run regular weekly clinics across the community.

People needing to access healthcare can visit these clinics and be seen by a community paramedic. The friendly team are available to provide free health checks and assessments, support and advice related to your health needs.

At the CP@clinic a community paramedic will:

Ask some questions about your health
Ask about any health services you are currently connected with
Take your blood pressure
Give you health advice and information
Set health goals with you
Connect you and other services you may need
