GCH provides a range of social and support groups for older people. Groups meet at a GCH centre, in the community, and for outings to bring together like-minded people for friendship and activities.
Members of the groups help decide the activities they want to do. When out and about, groups go shopping, sight-seeing, to the movies, gardening and other interests or events.
When in GCH centre there is lots of fun with arts and crafts, music sessions, games, and cooking.
The only limit to our activities is the limit of your imagination – you suggest it and we will do our best or organise it.
